Where do you ship orders to, and how?

We ship customer orders to Canada and the United States only. Retailers who join our re-seller program may have orders shipped to them outside of North America if certain payment methods are used and the retailers use their own shipping account. Please note that orders addressed to freight forwarders without prior approval from us will be canceled.

Normally we ship orders the same or the next business day. Our shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm are normally shipped the next business day. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a notification email summarizing your order and providing a tracking link for your package.

Important: All carriers have temporarily removed guarantees on parcel delivery times due to exceptional shipping volume. Please note that shipping delays should be expected.

Shipments within Canada are made using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service or UPS Standard or Express Saver.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel
  • $6 flat rate for Ottawa area
  • $11 flat rate for Ontario and Quebec
  • $12 flat rate for all other provinces
  • NOTE: In response to signatures no longer being collected by Canada Post, all
    shipments valued $300 or greater will have the 'Do Not Safe Drop' option selected.
UPS Standard
  • $16.50 flat rate for Ottawa area
  • $22.00 flat rate for Ontario and Quebec
  • $27.50 flat rate for all other provinces
UPS Express Saver
  • $44.00 flat rate for Ottawa, Ontario and Quebec
  • $66.00 flat rate for all other provinces
Shipments to the United States are made using UPS Standard International. 
UPS Standard International
  • $17.50 CAD flat rate (fluctuates with exchange rate)

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times and that refunds on shipping fees are not provided for overdue shipments.
